Ariella Gayotto Hohl

Assistant Producer

Filmmaker and religion scholar Ariella Gayotto Hohl joined Unity Productions Foundation after starring in UPF's film Islam’s Greatest Stories of Love. She works closely with CEO Alex Kronemer as a producer and has spearheaded the development of the organization’s first video game, Vanished. Ariella previously served as a Religion and Public Life Fellow at Harvard Divinity School, where she created resources to help filmmakers and producers portray Muslim stories with greater depth and authenticity. Her broader creative and research work explores how often-overlooked Muslim communities express faith, identity, and love through lived experience.

Ariella holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School, where she also earned a certificate in Religion and Public Life in Media & Entertainment.
