Lena Sulpovar

Lena joined UPF after earning a Master of Arts in Social Justice in Intercultural Relations from the SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont. Born in Uzbekistan, raised in Israel, and educated in the U.S. and France, Lena brings a deeply multicultural perspective to her work. Her global experiences and passion for cross-cultural dialogue naturally aligned with UPF’s mission.

As Operations Project Manager, Lena leads the planning, execution, and oversight of UPF’s administrative, financial, fundraising, and programmatic operations. She is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance organizational effectiveness and has introduced tools and practices — sometimes AI-driven — that improve collaboration and streamline workflows. Committed to continuous improvement, Lena brings a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to every project, helping UPF grow its impact while fostering a culture of clarity, adaptability, and shared purpose.
